Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

The UGC Money Kit is a digital product: access to the RateReady web application plus written resources (pitch playbooks, scripts, contract templates and a brand list). Purchase is a single payment of $37 USD granting lifetime access to the version you bought and future updates to it.

Access is personal and tied to the account you create. Lifetime means for as long as the product is offered and operated.

2. Licence

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software and materials in your own creator business, including sending quotes, invoices and contracts generated with them to your own clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or repackage the materials, in whole or in part, or share your account credentials with others.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

We may suspend accounts used to share, resell or scrape the materials.

4. Estimates are not guarantees

RateReady produces pricing estimates based on the inputs you provide and market benchmarks. It does not guarantee that a brand will accept a rate, or that you will earn any particular amount.

You are solely responsible for the rates you quote and the deals you accept.

5. Templates are not legal advice

Contract templates and clauses are provided as informational starting points. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Have a qualified professional in your jurisdiction review any agreement before you sign it.

6. Payment and refunds

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies as described in our refund policy.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve or modify features over time; material reductions in functionality will be communicated to customers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost contracts or indirect or consequential damages.
