1. Data we collect

Account data: your email address and, optionally, your name — used to create and secure your account.

Purchase data: order amount, currency, date and a payment-provider reference. We never see or store your full card details.

Product data: the quotes, invoices, projects, payments and calculator inputs you create inside RateReady. This content belongs to you.

Technical data: basic, aggregated usage and error information used to keep the product working.

2. How we use it

To give you access to what you bought, to provide support, to process refunds, to send transactional emails (receipt and access details), and to improve the product.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Where it lives

Your data is stored in our managed cloud database with row-level access rules: your records are readable only by your own authenticated account.

Payments are handled by our payment provider under their own privacy terms.

4. Retention

We keep account and product data for as long as your account exists, and purchase records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Email support@ugcmoneykit.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. Any analytics we run is privacy-respecting and aggregated; it is never used to build advertising profiles of you.
