The guarantee

If The UGC Money Kit isn't useful for your business, email support@ugcmoneykit.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the full $37.

You don't need to justify the request. A one-line email is enough.

How to request one

Send an email to support@ugcmoneykit.com from the address you used at checkout, with 'Refund' in the subject line. Include your order reference if you have it.

What happens next

We confirm by email, submit the refund to the payment provider, and revoke access to the kit. Funds usually reach your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 7 days

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds after the 7-day window. If something is broken or you can't access what you bought, contact us — we'll fix it regardless of the date.

Abuse

Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or refund requests accompanied by redistribution of the materials, may be declined and the account suspended.
