About

We built the business side of UGC, because nobody else did.

There's endless advice on hooks and lighting. There's almost nothing on what to charge, how to word usage rights, or how to invoice a brand that's ignoring you.

The UGC Money Kit started as an internal spreadsheet — a way to stop guessing rates on brand deals and start quoting numbers that held up under scrutiny.

Creators kept asking for it, so the spreadsheet became RateReady: a pricing engine that asks plain questions about a job and returns a rate with a full breakdown, then turns that rate into a branded quote or invoice.

Around the software we added the parts creators told us they were missing: pitch angles that get replies, DM and email scripts, contract templates that cover usage and exclusivity, and a curated list of US brands that actually work with creators.

It's one payment, lifetime access, and it updates as the market does.

Pricing is the highest-leverage skill

Most creators lose more money in one badly priced usage clause than they earn from a week of filming. We built the software around that gap first.

Tools, not theory

No 6-hour course. Everything in the kit is something you open, fill in and send the same day.

Transparent numbers

RateReady always shows how a rate was built — base, usage, exclusivity, add-ons — so you can defend it in a call.

One price, no ladder

$37 once. No tiers, no upsells, no subscription creeping onto your card every month.

Price smarter. Pitch better. Get paid.
